Device Engineer/器件工程师

职责描述： 

• Evaluate next generation FRAM structure and relative device characterization thru TCAD and spice simulation; find out and reduce the gaps with Fab/cell/design teams.

• Create and optimize FRAM Models, and develop proper testkeys to monitor process issue base on design/Cell spec. relative to product behavior.

• Define Cell/CMOS specs and reveal technology gaps, assist product manager to drive cross function teams to close those gaps to ensure time to market.

• Reveal process DOE implications on testkey device and probe/RE results, and provide insights to TD/Cell team/Foundry patterner to drive for improvement in yield and product reliability. 

Education: 

• Master or PhD (EE/Material Science/Physics/… related) 
• 2-15 year experience in Electrical Engineering or Physics, with an emphasis in TCAD Simulation, SPICE Model or device physics relative area. 
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Testkeys and Silicon to Spice verification. 
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Device Analysis to relative Product performance. 
• Hands-on experience with IV/CV/PV/PUND bench testing is a plus!
• Good interpersonal and effective communication skills
• Self-motivated, ownership and resourceful
• Strong analytical & problem solving skill 
• Good presentation and report writing is a plus
